Empowered Therapy

At the heart of my practice is Empowered Therapy—an approach that combines supportive guidance with direct, honest communication. I believe true healing happens when clients feel both supported and confident in their ability to create change. This means I'll celebrate your progress while also gently challenging you when something doesn't align with your goals or values. My commitment is to help you develop the tools, insight, and self-assurance needed to navigate life's challenges independently and authentically.

Individual Therapy Sessions

Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re stuck in a cycle of frustration, facing a difficult decision, or simply needing someone to truly listen. Individual therapy offers a personal and supportive space to process life’s challenges and rediscover your strength.

Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be holding you back. Therapy can help you navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, anger, relationship and family struggles, grief, parenting, school or career transitions, and more. It’s also a space to better understand yourself, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.

Our Therapeutic Approaches

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back. Through this evidence-based approach, you'll learn practical tools to manage difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful thinking, and develop healthier coping strategies that create lasting change.

Solution-Focused Therapy

Rather than dwelling on problems, solution-focused therapy emphasizes your strengths and resources to create positive change quickly. This goal-oriented approach helps you identify what's already working in your life and build upon those successes to achieve your desired outcomes efficiently and effectively.

Can I bring my children to my sessions?

For the comfort, privacy, and safety of all clients, children are not allowed in the waiting area without adult supervision. We kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your session unless previously discussed.

Our waiting area is small, and when friends or family members accompany clients, it can limit space for others who arrive early for their appointments. We request that guests remain in the hallway or downstairs in the commercial areas. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
